An Easter Miracle with EFT for Alcohol Addiction!

"An Easter Miracle" was the comment made by a family member of a recent client who had contacted me to work with
him on some issues, alcoholism being the main one.

Chris from the UK has been alcohol dependant for 20 years and it had got to the point where his life was at risk. He had already lost his marriage and his health was at crisis point as he would get violent seizures that could be fatal.

Chris is physically unable to stop drinking abruptly or reduce alcohol consumption too quickly as he could risk potentially fatal withdrawal seizures, brain damage and organ failure. Chris has suffered spinal fractures due to osteoporosis which has been diagnosed as a result of alcoholism.

Alcohol must be reduced gradually over a period of time and usually followed by medically supervised detox in hospital. Chris has had six medically supervised detoxes since 2006 but unfortunately relapsed on discharge from hospital presumably since psychological addiction not addressed.

Chris's health must be protected due to physical dependency whilst major psychological aspects of addiction are addressed to avoid relapse. At the time of consultation Chris needed alcohol to protect his health and function with some degree of normality but had managed to reduce his alcohol level.

Chris also has a social phobia which began when he was very young, this has affected his entire life and he uses alcohol to cope daily. As a result of his social phobia he struggles to do go outside without having a drink.

After some initial skepticism Chris watched some EFT videos and learnt the basic tapping procedure which provided some instant relief.

We decided to work on his social phobia issues for the session which began with an issue going back in his early school years. The thought of this issue was a 9 out of 10 for him as he explained it.

After several rounds of tapping on the issue we got it down to a comfortable level to the point where it was "not an issue any more".

After the session I received an email from Chris' mother describing the Easter Miracle with EFT, which read

An Easter Miracle and overjoyed, a major breakthrough this weekend and Chris extremely calm, positive and focussed on EFT session with you this evening and seems to be addressing alcohol problem which could ultimately save his life.

Whilst there is much more work to do, this shows the incredible power of EFT!

After only a short while tapping by himself and one session with me Chris is now getting beginning to get over his addiction and beginning to move forward with his life.
