These seem like strange questions but often people will be afraid to reach their target in case it upsets loved ones and they are scared that they might actually lose their affection. Whether this is true or not it is a limiting belief that needs to be addressed before change can be made.

Naturally, once you have addressed any underlying issues you still need to live a healthy lifestyle. You do not need to be a diet or fitness fanatic to lose weight, often a healthy diet means trying to eat 5 portions of fruit and vegetables a day and having all other treats in moderation.
