Tapping Tips
Even though: I am sad,
I am depressed,
I dont know why I am sad / depressed,
I dont know how to get beyond this,
I feel overwhelmed with problems and dont know where to turn to,
Tips: Remember to think about any issue from your past in which you may have lead to your current state of mind. With something like depression there may be multiple issues however these can all be worked through one at a time with EFT to release the overall depression.
Focus on as many different aspects of this experience as possible and tap through each individual aspect of every issue with Easy EFT.
Remember to tap on each aspect of each issue until its intensity is lowered as far as possible, then pick the next highest issue and tap that down too. Continue this process until you have released your fears completely.
