Banish your OCD with Easy EFT!

OCD stands for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and can take many forms and effect sufferers to varying degrees. Some sufferers may live normal lives whereas others can become complete prisoners to the disorder, unable to live a complete and fulfilled life. In worst cases, sufferers cannot function due to the demands placed upon them by the anxiety. There are people who cannot relax until they have flicked a lightswitch on and off dozens of times for example.

OCD happens as a result of a build up of unresolved anxiety.

In the case of an obsessive compulsive disorder the beginnings often originate when something happens to the individual that caused anxiety AND was out of that persons control.

Due to the fact that the issue was out of their control, they look for things that they can control easily... i.e. a lightswitch!

Feeling in control of something.. anything no matter how small or insignificant relaxes the sufferer to a certain degree and they find it reassuring - so they look to do it as often as possible!

Identifying what happened around the time that the obsessive compulsive disorder first arose and addressing it with EFT often provides great relief to the sufferer. There may be multiple issues to work on but with skill and persistency complete relief is possible.

Banish your OCD today with our simple Easy EFT guide.

Remember to think about any issue that happened to you in the past that may be attributing to your problem, especially if it was something out of your control.

Work on that issue with Easy EFT until it is no longer bothersome to you. If you are still suffering, pick the next most bothersome memory or experience and work on that too. Think about events in your life past, present and even future.

Keep working on every issue you can think of until you begin to feel more comfortable in yourself.

Also, think about the way your obsessive compulsive disorder has changed your life, tap on that and choose to forgive it and yourself and anyone who may have contributed to it.
