Too many people suffer unnecessarily from unwanted phobia which stop them doing what they want in life.
If left alone, these fears can become intolerable.
People can then struggle for years and never do the things in life that they wish they could. Some people become trapped by their fear until they can not function normally in their everyday life.
Phobias in relation to flying, social situations or open spaces are now commonplace.
There are lots of different reasons why someone may develop such issues. They can be the result of a bad memory that you have not fully come to terms with and have learned to fear it even more.

Tapping Tips
Clearly these are only a few of the many issues which people suffer. If you do have an issue that is not listed above do not worry, the EFT process works no matter what it is working on!
To work on an issue not mentioned above focus on the time you first started to have the problem... Is there a bad memory related to it?? Was there some degree of trauma suffered? If so try to make a list of every single aspect of the memory that you are not comfortable with. Rank each aspect on a scale of 1-10 and use the Easy EFT on each aspect, starting with the highest ranking issue working down the lowest.
Doing the above steps can often reduce the strength of the phobia straight away but more detailed investigation as to the reason may be required.
If it is safe to do so, test your issue. Use expert supervision if necessary, DO NOT place yourself at any risk!
If you can safely test the process, do so in a step by step way and see what comes up, any new fears that arise tap them away with Easy EFT.
For Example, if you have a fear of spiders, then start the test with pictures of spiders. Then go in a room with a spider (under supervision!!!), then see if you can look at the spider, then see if you can touch it... etc until you can pick it up...
It is important not to place yourself in any discomfort whatsoever!!! If you do not feel comfortable, back it up a step and tap away whatever issue you are experiencing until it is no longer an issue and you are comfortable to move forward.
